Churma Ladoo has a very interesting preparation procedure. Whole Wheat is first made into small balls and fried in pure ghee. The fried balls are then pounded to make a fine powder.
The fine powder is let to cool and then with jaggery are made into ladoos. Because they are fried, they get a unique crunchy taste.
The whole wheat provides fibre and enough nutrition and ghee provide an ample amount of energy.
