Gajamatol Dry Coconut Ladoo

Ingredients :

Dry Coconut, Jaggery, Ghee, Poppy Seed, Almond, Cashew, Pista, Charoli, Cardamon, Nutmeg.

Shelf LIfe - 15-20 days from the date of manufacturing

Churma Ladoo have a very interesting preparation procedure. Whole Wheat is first made into small balls and fried in pure ghee. The fried balls are then ponded to make fine powder.
​
The fine powder is let to cool and then with jaggery are made into ladoos. Because they are fried, they get a unique crunchy taste.
​
The whole wheat provides fibre and enough nutrition and ghee provides ample amount of energy.
