Jwari Atta, is a popular food grain in India known as Cholam in Tamil and Jonna in Telugu. Jwari Atta is made with a blend of several ingredients including jaggery, ghee, coconut, pista, almond, cashew, charoli, cardamon, and nutmeg. Jowar, the main ingredient in Jwari Atta, is rich in fibre, calcium, copper, zinc, phosphorous, potassium, and B vitamins, which are essential for building cells. It also aids in digestion, preventing problems such as gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhoea. One cup of Jowar contains an impressive 22 grams of protein, making it a nutritious food option. The shelf life of Jwari Atta is 20-25 days from the date of manufacturing.
